Hi, I'm Kimberley

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, wife, and mom of 2 boys!  As a busy working mom, I know how difficult it can be to stay feeling your best, energized, and plan nutritious meals for the family.  As a Registered Dietitian, I teach evidence-based guidance on how to optimize your heart health, feel confident in your nutrition choices, all while staying energized and enjoying your favorite foods.

As a busy working mom, you are not only planning meals for yourself.  Some days you never know what is going to come your way!  That is why I believe in an individualized approach that is flexible to meet the demands of your busy day.  Through an “all foods fit” approach, I will teach you how to improve your heart health through nutrition.
