Simple Breakfast Ideas for Weight Loss

While prioritizing weight loss, it can be challenging to figure out what to eat that will nourish you, keep you feeling strong, and satisfy any cravings or stave off hunger. Mixing in chia seeds (or another high protein seed), can help to stabilize blood sugars even further. Protein and fiber slow digestion, which helps to prevent overeating, feel full for longer, and regulate blood sugar levels.
